Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday-Friday:
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesdays:
CLOSED
Saturday:
8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointments
With your best interests as our primary goal, we schedule appointments with Dr Brown and the registered dental hygienists to accomodate the needs and convenience of our patients. Dr Brown is scheduled upon request and your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are ethically and financially committed to meeting with patients on schedule. We are pleased to arrange for appointment changes within a forty eight hour time period. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot absorb the cost of repeated unattended appointments and after missing a second appointment WITHOUT notification, you will be assessed a fee. We respectfully request this 48hr cancellation notice so that we can accommodate your changes and continue quality service to all our valued patients. Thank you!!

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
